Matt Case, REALTOR, Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realtors, Benzie County, Northern Michigan Matt Case:  I started selling real estate in 1998, began managing an office in 2000, took on a Directors role in 2007, and was recently promoted to VP of Business Development for one of the 50 largest brokers in the nation, Coldwell Banker Schmidt REALTORS. I am passionate about real estate and volunteer my time so I can be involved in how the future of the industry evolves. I've been a local association President and RPAC chair, am a MAR Director, and part of the NAR Leadership Academy class of 2011.  In 2010 I co-founded the Michigan Chapter of the REALTOR Young Professionals Network (#join YPN!) I am passionate about real estate and volunteer my time so I can be involved in how the future of the industry evolves. I've been a local association President and RPAC chair, am a MAR Director, and part of the NAR Leadership Academy class of 2011.  In 2010 I co-founded the Michigan Chapter of the REALTOR Young Professionals Network (#join YPN!)
