This document outlines the itinerary for a Berlin tour from May 20-27, 2014. A group of 24 students and 2 faculty leaders from Huntingdon College will travel to Berlin, Germany. The itinerary details the flights to and from Berlin, as well as the transportation and activities planned each day of the tour, including day trips to Potsdam, Sachsenhausen Memorial Site, and Lutherstadt-Wittenberg. The group will stay at the IBIS Budget Hotel Potsdamer Platz in Berlin and have breakfast provided each morning at the hotel.

2. May 20th,4 p.m.-Meet at Huntingdon-Wilson Center to
board bus for Atlanta, GA for flight. Eat dinner at Atlan-
ta airport before boarding flight.
May 20th—Leave Atlanta, British Airways Flight #226G
at 9:30 p.m. for flight to Heathrow Airport, London.
May 21st —10:40 a.m. Arrive at Heathrow Airport,
London, England. Go through EU Customs. Depart on
British Airways Flight #986G 3:35 p.m.
May 21st —6:25 p.m. Arrive at Tegel Airport, Berlin,
Germany. No customs as you went through EU customs
in London. Board charter coach for Huntingdon group
for transfer to hotel. Arrive at IBIS Budget Hotel Pots-
damer Platz, Anhalter Strasse 6, 10963 Berlin. Free
time in the evening for sightseeing with 5-Day Welcome
Berlin card.
May 22nd—Breakfast buffet at hotel. Day trip by rail
from Berlin to Potsdam. Potsdam Hauptbahnhof =>
Potsdam Hbf Exit Babelsberger Straße“(north) 10:00
a.m. Guided tour of palace at Potsdam. Please no high
heels. Bus- & tram station „Luisenplatz Süd / Park
Sanssouci“. Return in late afternoon to Berlin by rail.
Evening free for sightseeing in Berlin.
May 23rd—Breakfast buffet at hotel. .Train from
Berlin to Sachsenhausen . Transport to Sachsenhausen
Memorial & Museum via bus from train station. .Arrive
in Sachsenhausen for 12:00 noon English guided tour.
Meet tour guide at visitor center. Train back to Berlin
in late afternoon
May 24th—Breakfast buffet at hotel. Free time for
sightseeing in Berlin with 5-Day Welcome Berlin card.
May 25th—Breakfast buffet at hotel. Day trip to Luther-
stadt-Wittenberg. Travel via rail from Berlin to Wittenburg
via Sudkrez. Return via rail to Berlin in late afternoon..
May 26th—Breakfast buffet at hotel.
Free time for sightseeing in Berlin with
5-Day Welcome Berlin card.
May 27th—4:00 a.m. Leave hotel via
coach for Tegel Airport in Berlin. Leave
Berlin on British Airways Flight #981G at
7:00 a.m. Arrive at Heathrow Airport in London at
8:00 a.m. Go through EU Customs/Security. Leave
Heathrow in London on Republic Airlines, American Eagle
Flight#87G at 10:15 a.m. Arrive at Chicago O’Hare Airport
at 12:55 p.m. Go through U.S. customs, Leave Chicago at
2:50 p.m. Republic Airlines, American Eagle Flight #4351G
for Atlanta . Arrive in Atlanta, GA at 5:45 p.m. Meet bus
outside airport at luggage area at Atlanta airport for trip
back home.
