Amendments- know what part of the Constitution it is and why it is hard to add an
amendment.

Amendments- need to be able to match them and answer the following questions.
1st Amendment- five rights guaranteed and how they apply to you
5th Amendment- what is double jeopardy?
6th Amendment- why a “speedy trial”?
12th Amendment- what is the electoral college used for?
13th Amendment- what are the 13, 14, 15 amendments referred to as?
14th Amendment
15th Amendment
18th Amendment- what does prohibition mean?
19th Amendment- what year was this added?
21st Amendment- why overturn the 18th?
22nd Amendment
26th Amendment- why is it called the “Vietnam War” amendment?
