We’re expecting the airline to deliver
our suitcase later this afternoon.
Just a moment, please. Yes, I have it here.
Can you fill out this registration form,

That’s fine, Mr. Baxter. We’ll have the bellboy
bring it up as soon as it arrives. Here are your
keys. You’re in room 710. The elevators are
just to the left of the lobby.
Yes, we are. Can you tell me if there’s a safe in
the room where we can leave our valuables?
Where can I get some tourist brochures?
Yes, there is.
There is a rack with maps and sightseeing
information right next to the concierge’s desk.
He’ll be able to book tours for you and help you
purchase tickets to Broadway plays as well.
Do you have 24-hour room service?
Yes, we do, sir. There’s also a minibar in the
room that is fully stocked with beverages and
snacks. Breakfast is served on the mezzanine
floor from 7:00 till 10:00 and the dining room
is open from 5:00 till midnight. We also have
a lounge with nightly entertainment, and it
serves snacks as well.
Is there a gift shop in the hotel?
I’ve forgotten my toothpaste.
Yes. Just down the hall, on the right.
Thank you.
Is there a beauty salon in the hotel? I was
hoping to have a manicure later in the week.
Enjoy your stay in New York.
No, I’m sorry, there isn’t, but there is one just
down the street. The concierge can call and
arrange an appointment for you.
