                                                                           getting our lease over the goal line. You have gone way beyond
                                                                           the typical services provided by tenant brokers in this deal and
                                                                           we all really appreciate it here at Catellus. Your persistence has
                                                                           really paid off and you truly did negotiate a great lease for your
                                                                           clients. We had a lot of competition on this space, but we chose
(Cardiff-By-The Sea, CA location)                                          Sambazon because we believe they are the best fit for our new
