This document summarizes an installation designed for a blind man named Thomas who enjoys sailing and being in contact with water. The installation features 100 water-filled balloons hanging from fishing line in a 2m by 2m square. Each balloon contains 50cl of water and hangs at a different height between the floor and ceiling, separated by 20cm. The transparent balloons and fishing line allow daylight to pass through the water, giving the illusion that the balloons are levitating in air. The goal is to remind Thomas of the ocean and allow him to hear, feel, and experience different water temperatures through his senses of touch and hearing. He found the installation very relaxing and meaningful as it stimulated his important senses as a blind person
