2. Introduction
Do you have trouble in smiling? I know how it is. In
this file there will be things it will be good to write,
remember, and sometimes say out loud. I would like
to tell you that I am only a 11 year old 6th grader
trying to help others.
3. Write
It’s good to write all your positive ideas on a paper
like that tomorrow would be better and it is also
really good to imagine a that you are at tomorrow’s
night and write on your paper the perfect day that
just passed by. Write and write as you please.
4. Draw / paint
Drawing painting doesn't coast a lot of anything. All
what you need is a surface and something that leaves
an effect then do what you like anyway you prefer
even with your mouth! Draw all your thoughts and
then cross the on you hate. Or draw some where you
like where you had fun or try to draw the most
beautiful tomorrow ever.
5. Before 15 minutes
To live “the power of now” as one doctor said you
should forget any problem that happened from 15
minutes because it is considered PAST. And enjoy
now. If your sad it is ok to cry but you must try to
stop eventually so after 15 minutes take a deep
breath what happened past and remember never
blame yourself.
6. The Power of Now
Before 15 minutes is past ,live now, after 15 minutes
is secretes, but always hope it will be good so you
enjoy. To live now sit in a cool room wearing
comfortable clothes and don’t think of any thing for
5-10 minutes then do something you love for a while
then if you got boring / fun work do it in the same
room.
7. After 15 minutes
Future is full of mysteries and before it comes some
people get afraid of it but scientists found that the
more you believe in something the bigger there is a
chance for it to happen! So NEVER think that future
is dangerous but always think of it as a better time
with more things fun, nice, and relaxing things to
happen.
