I am pleased to write this personal letter of recommendation for Marguerite Tolliver.
Marguerite worked on my team at Health Care Service Corporation for almost 12 years. She
began here as Senior Programmer Analyst and was promoted to Application Team Leader.
During Marguerite's service with us I, like many others in the department, came to know and
appreciate her. Very goal oriented as well as a team player, Marguerite always was
approachable and supportive of the organization and her team members.
Unfortunately, because of the cost cutting occurring here, we had to eliminate her position. It
was a move we didn't want to make, but it couldn't be avoided.
In closing, I strongly recommend Marguerite Tolliver for any development position in your
Information Technology department. I definitely feel she would be a benefit to your
organization.
