Strategy Manager
MAP is currently reviewing talent for an outstanding opportunity to continue your professional journey, within an in-house Strategy team of this highly respected and forward thinking organisation.
You reside currently within a Tier 1 management consulting firm, M & A or a blue chip corporate strategy team and are considered a thought leader and innovator within your peer group. Building relationships with your stakeholders comes naturally to you and your influencing skills are fully refined.
You bring with you a proven ability to simplify complex business problems, and scenarios with a strong quantitative skill set and accompanying consulting methodology, acquired in a tier 1 firm.
The business is undergoing a major re-engineering and the resulting transformation, creating an environment that offers substantial and diverse challenges to suit a high calibre and experienced Strategy Manager.
As the Strategy Manager you will;
 Utilise your quantitative analysis skills to model, assess and advise decision making by the business
 Track, analyse and monitor existing strategic initiatives across all areas of the business
 Develop the growth charter
 Identify the key opportunities and threats affecting the organization/division, develop and design strategies to improve competitiveness and overall business performance across all market segments
 Develop, evaluate and prepare business cases for new strategic initiatives and projects (incl. ideation)
 Track and review performance of key metrics
 Prepare and present high level decks and present regularly to divisional and group level stakeholders and leadership teams
 Have exposure to business operations
 Passion for implementation, as well as design of strategy
You efficiently prepare high level board papers, business cases, research papers and presentations of your recommendations for key stakeholder workshops, and will reliably and confidently act as an ambassador and change
