button on the mobile phone.

3. Let’s start the service
• Once you start the service you get a scratch coupon.
• There will be a 6 digit Serial Number and a Silver strip on Front Side
the back side of your scratch coupon.
• All you need to do is scratch the silver strip
given on the back side of the coupon to find
out your 8 digit PIN number.

4. Step1: Registering
Click on Create Account
Tab to register yourself
for PEN Service
Now Enter your 8
digit PIN number
and click on verify
Enter the serial
Number mentioned on
the back side of your
coupon
Fill in your Credentials
to create a login Id and
click on submit button
5. Step2: Updating Numbers
• Login to your account with the
submitted Login Id and
password.
• Two boxes will appear where you
can update maximum 10 numbers
in each box .
• On the bottom side of the panel
there will another box where the
Emergency Number needs to be
updated.
• This Emergency number is the
number by which you can trigger
an alarm to the group of people
registered by you.
6. Triggering the Emergency Alarm
• Alarm Trigger Number is
mentioned on the main tab of
the panel.
• All you need to do is keep a
note of this number.
• In case of Emergency just call
on this number and record your
message.
• The message can be recorded
by default for the duration of
30sec .
• Once the alarm has been
triggered an automated call and
a sms will be dialed out
instantly to the registered
group of people.
7. Personalize the Emergency Alarm
• You can also personalize your
emergency message so that the
receiver gets to know from whom
he/she has received the message.
• For this click on User Account Tab and
fill in the name by which you want to
send the message.
• Click on submit button.
• Incase whenever the alarm is triggered
the personalized message will played
as
“There is an emergency message from
ABCXYZ, the message as follows
………………., this message was sent to
you by 98XXXXXX”
• After the call a sms will be triggered to
the registered group of people as well
as to the sender.
8. Call Logs
• Click on Call Details Tab
to view the call logs for
the calls being triggered.
• Click on Order No. to
view the details.
Complete call logs with the
details of time when call was
triggered, number from
which the call was triggered,
retired being initiated,
reason of failure in case the
call was not successful.
