What drives me to work? I am passionate about building software teams that develop products of optimal quality and with most valuable features for their customers. My satisfaction levels will be higher if these products make a positive impact on human life (both software teams and product's end users!) in a measurable (either objectively or subjectively) way. I believe in the Vedic philosophy of 'Tatvamasi' and would like to do my bit to further social well-being through my chosen profession as well.
