for 2011 Graduates
April 25th, Monday: Senior Brunch tickets go on sale in the WHS
Business Office for $20.
April 29th, Friday: Cap and Gown pickup 11:00 am to 1:00 pm in the
auditorium. Questions about your order: Contact Jostens at 633-8228.
May 2nd, Monday: Deadline to turn in scholarship offers to Counseling
Center to be included in Awards Evening. Remember to turn in any offers
even if you do not plan to accept them!
May 2nd, Monday: Deadline to turn in photos (appropriate photos) for
senior slide show. Please email to gladiatorseniorphotos@yahoo.com.
May 12th, Thursday: Early senior yearbook distribution party in small gym
with a $2.00 entry fee. Questions: 391-3173.
May 16th, Monday: Deadline to purchase Senior Brunch Tickets from the
WHS Business Office. Cost is $20. Tickets go on sale April 25th. Senior Finals
periods 5, 6, & 7.
May 17th, Tuesday: Deadline to pay conditions (cash only) to the WHS
Business Office by 3:00 pm 391-3203. It is your responsibility to find out if
you are on conditions. These must be taken care of before graduation in
order to participate in the ceremony. Senior Finals periods 1, 2, 3, & 4.
Mandatory Checkout at 11:50 am in auditorium. Senior yearbook
distribution 12:20 to 1:00 pm in library conference room.
May 18th, Wednesday: Senior Awards at 6:00 pm in the auditorium.
(Students/parents need to have notified the Counseling Center of any awards
received by May 2nd for these to be included and recognized this evening.)
May 19th, Thursday: Senior Sunrise Service at 7:00 am; and Senior
Brunch at 8:00 am at the Cheyenne Mountain Conference Resort, 3225
Broadmoor Valley Rd., C.S., CO 80906. (Purchase tickets for $20 April 25th
through May 16th from WHS Business Office - see above)
May 20th, Friday: MANDATORY Graduation Practice for all graduating
seniors in Bowers Gym at 12:30 pm. (Graduates will receive 10 graduation
tickets at this time. Extra tickets are available at the doors graduation
morning to be distributed on a first come, first serve basis.)

2. May 21st, Saturday: Graduating seniors report to the Small Gym at 7:30
am sharp in dress clothes and cap and gown. Graduation to follow in
Bowers Gym at 9:00 am.

5 Graduation Day Photos: Grad Images will take a picture of your graduate
