I am a dedicated educator who works collaboratively with others to do what is best for kids. As a former Teacher of the Year, I pride myself in my ability to develop materials and curriculum that engage students of all races, increase test scores, and narrow the achievement gap. I hold a 6-12 license in English and a K-12 license in Health Education in Colorado and Texas. For the past 19 years, I have taught writing, language arts, and health.
