Snow White & Seven Dwarfs Queen Appearance: sharp face, red lips, arched eyebrows, vain. Slender, sea green eyes, fair skin, black hair, purple cape, gold tiara, white hair, hooked nose with a wart on it, black cloak, long bony fingers   Motive: To be the fairest of all. Kill snow white as she is jealous of her beauty. To concoct sleeping potion to make snow white sleep forever and not wake up.    Characteristics: Queen is narcissistic, devious, vain. Old but treacherous and vengeful.
Pinocchio Stromboli Appearance:Obese, half bald, black hair, long black beard, brown eyes Motive: To make money with the use of his puppet show and later Pinocchio Characteristics: Greedy & loves money.
Coachman  Appearance:obese with white hair, wearing a long red coat with big brass buttons, green eyes Motive: To take as many 'stupid little boys' as possible to Pleasure Island; they turn into donkeys, which he then sells in bulk  Characteristics: Sadistic, ruthless, mean, evil.
Fantasia Chernabog Appearance:Huge size, blue body, large evil eyes, horns Motive: To celebrate Walpurgis Night by calling forth restless spirits and demons and throw his minions into a hellish inferno Characteristics: Dark, evil, mysterious
Dumbo Ringmaster Appearance:Obese, moustache, half bald, black hair, gray top hat, yellow pants with suspenders, black boots, shirt front with blue bowtie, red jacket, yellow opera gloves, bullwhip Motive: To put on a great circus show Characteristics: Short-tempered, pompous, strict, dreamy.
Tetti-Tatti Appearance:Obese, mustachioed, white hair, opera tuxedo Motive: To harpoon Willie the Whale Characteristics: Short-tempered, pompous, greedy
Willie the Giant Appearance:Obese, few teeth, big red nose, large hands, big body, small head Motive: To kill Mickey, Donald, goofy for stealing singing harp Characteristics: Greedy, dim-witted, gullible, kind
Robin Hood (1973) Prince John (lion) - power hungry (stole crown from brother, King Richard)- vain, pretentious (wears lots of rings, crown studded with jewels, luxurious fur coat)- jealous/insecure -> “Mother always did like Richard best”Motive: money“Taxes! Beautiful, lovely taxes!”, sleeps with money bags around his bed
The Rescuers (1977)  Madame Medusa- vain (featured putting on makeup, flamboyant purple coat)- made ugly: saggy boobs, ugly expressions- greedy (jewels lying around, wants a diamond)- hot-tempered- scared of a mouse (jumps on a chair and asks her male crony to kill it)Motive: money

Cinderella Anastasia and Drizella (Stepsisters) Appearance: Very plain, green/pink dress Characteristics: Spoilt, clumsy, and untalented Motives: To marry the prince

This time, he misled the lead (milo) to bring him to Atlantis, where he would then attempt to steal the rock (gives protection & longevity) to sell for riches. In his pursuit, he caused the death of the king of Atlantis.    Characteristics: selfish, greedy, charismatic, strategic MOTIVE: Rich
Home on the Range [2004] Villain: Alameda Slim Using his talent (yodeling -one that hypnotises cows when he sings) he stole all the cows in the country, causing ranges to close down. He then bought all the ranges & their farms at the auctions at low prices. He will therefore sell the cows for cash.   Characteristics: short-tempered, impatient, and greedy MOTIVE: he wants to have revenge on all the range owners who laughed at him when he was young (MAIN GOAL) + get rich (SECONDARY)
Meet the Robinsons [2007] Villain: Mike Yugoobin An orphan, no family wanted to adopt him because of his inability to get over his loss at the baseball championships. He did not have any good night’s sleep for weeks because the lead was working on his science project. Both him and the lead are roommates. Therefore, he dozed off during the championships, due to accumulated exhaustion, and failed his team. He grew up resenting the world.  Characteristics: Smells like he hasn't bathed in 30years, bald, dim-witted MOTIVE: Destroy the orphan’s (the lead) destiny –the science project his roommate was working on, subsequently led him to be adopted by a prestigious family. The roommate went on to be a renowned scientist (in the future).
The Princess and the Frog [2009] Villain: Shadow Man He used his magic to steal the identity of a Prince, and gave the identity to a minion, so that the daughter of the richest& most powerful man in the town will marry him. His plan is to then usurp the riches and influence of the family, and make the town his.  Characteristics: Charismatic, sharp, quick on his feet MOTIVE: His plan is to then usurp the riches and influence of the family, and make the townhis.
Tangled [2010] Villain: Mother Gothel She kept the location of the golden flower secret, so that she can have access to it to regain her youth & beauty. When the flower was found, it was made into a soup for the pregnant queen. Mother Gothel then kidnapped the (blonde) daughter, whose hair had the properties of the golden flower.  Characteristics: selfish, narcissistic, vainMOTIVE: Eternal youth
