BIO Luc Veyssiere is a quantitative economist who brings his expertise in the
macro-economic modelling (general and partial equilibrium models) and
private sector development to ECOPA's projects. He has participated in
consulting assignments for international donors in several sub-Saharan
African countries and has also worked for the private sector in China and
the United States. He holds a PhD in Economics from Iowa State
University.
