Digital technology is commonly used in horror movies and trailers. This is
used to show things supernatural that are not always caught on camera.
Digital technology is used after the filming has occurred in the editing
stage. For example special effects are used such as creating ghostly figures
and using green screens. The camera and the sound capture devices are
used mostly within digital technology. Also computer programs such as
Adobe After Effects and Final Cut Pro are very helpful with the editing
creation. This also helps cutting frame time down so that it fits perfectly
within the final edit.
