2. PO Approval process
 1. Purchase order created in R/3 System with release
strategy.
 Approver 1 : PUR_GRP
 Approver 2 : PUR_MGR
 Approver 3 : PUR_GM

3. Create PO in ECC R/3 ( ME21N)

5. Login to Fiori App

6. Login to Fiori

7. Click on the Approve Purchase order Folder

8. View List of PO’s Ready for the
Approval

9. Click on Approve Button to Approve the PO
( One dialogue box will pop-up to comment)

10. After 1st Level of approval in ECC
R/3(ME23N)

11. Click on Sign out

12. Approval by PUR_MGR

13. Click on Approve Purchase orders
Folder

14. Check & Approve the Purchase
order

15. Comment on Dialogue box
Click on “ OK “ Button to Approve

16. After Approval

17. Sign out by PUR MGR

18. Release affected in ECC R/3(ME23N)

19. Approval by PUR_GM

20. Click on Approve Purchase orders folder

21. Check the Purchase order details to
Approve

22. Click Approve to Approve the Purchase
order

23. Purchase order was approved
Purchase order
was Approved

24. Sign out PUR_GM

25. PO Release effected in ECC R/3
(ME23N)

26. In Case of Rejection
 We will go to ME29N transaction to revert release
rejection.
 Further approval process follows as shown in above.
