How to solve sleep deprivation in today's globalised society.

1. Meet Jessica.
Jessica is a young working adult who
is always on-the-go.

2. Jessica is always connected.
She has her phone with her wherever she goes, and
responds to calls, texts and emails immediately.

3. At night,
She checks and responds to all her emails before
going to bed.

4. After getting into bed,
She checks her phone for any missed calls and
text messages to respond to.

5. Jessica is deprived of sleep
because she is always
connected virtually.

6. We propose:
A campaign to turn off all devices after 11 p.m.!

7. If everyone practises this,
we will be more respectful of
each others’ sleeping times
across the globe.
