75th anniversary of Cleveland
When: July 3-4, 2010
Where:Downtown Cleveland
Of Note: Incorporated in 1935, the City of Cleveland will
celebrate its 75th anniversary with a two-day event that will
include a fireworks show, parade, car show, outdoor concerts,
community luncheon, barbecue cook-offs and vendors for food and

CITY OF PEARLAND FOURTH OF JULY FESTIVAL
When: July 4 weekend, 2010

LONGHORN ROD RUN

Where: Old Town Spring
Of Note: This year's event features the Longhorn Rod Run and the
owners of antique cars compete in various categories for prizes and
awards. The streets in front of all the shops are lined with these
beautiful vintage automobiles. The Longhorn Rod Run is a free
festival open to the public and for all ages.
BELLAIRE ARTS CRAFTS FESTIVAL
When: One Saturday each in October and April

15th Annual Children's Festival
When: Nov. 13-14
Where: The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion in The Woodlands
Of Note: The Pavilion is transformed into a giant playground of
fun for the young and young at heart at the 15th Annual Children's
Festival. Award-winning children's performers educate and entertain
thousands of children during two days of non-stop fun and

CIVIL WAR WEEKEND

PILGRIM FESTIVAL

Tomball German Christmas Market

New Year's Eve Celebration at Sam Houston Race Park

F.M. 1960 St. Patrick's Day Parade

Of Note: The largest community event in the 1960 area, the
annual St. Patrick's Day Parade draws crowds of up to 75,000 each
year. Last year, over 100 floats participated in the event.
PEARLAND PAWS IN THE PARK

AZALEA FESTIVAL

Of Note: This annual tour of the gardens of River Oaks, arguably

mission, which is to promote Dayton while raising money for local

Salute to Law Enforcement
When: May 2011
Where: Willowbrook Mall
Of Note: The largest-known single law enforcement exhibition
open to the public, crowds can expect over 100 law enforcement
agencies including FBI SWAT and the ATF Bomb Disposal Unit.
