I'm a researcher trained in linguistics and theater performance. I have 10+ years of experience working with small businesses, universities, and non-profits (and one Fortune 500 company) in administrative, customer service, and creative roles. Using qualitative and quantitative methodologies and analysis, I research and observe both organizations and individuals to identify and implement techniques that promote more effective communication strategies. I'm passionate about improving systems by promoting individual and team development, and I believe strong communities made up of talented, thoughtful, hard-working people can change the world.
