    FORMA:

AFIRMATIVA:
Sujeto + had + PARTICIPIO
Ej. I had played tennis ⇒ He had gone to the beach

NEGATIVA:
Sujeto + hadn’t + PARTICIPIO
Ej. I hadn’t played tennis ⇒ He hadn’t gone to the beach

INTERROGATIVA:
Had + sujeto + PARTICIPIO + ?
Ej. Had I played tennis? ⇒ Had he gone to the beach?


     USO: Se utiliza para referirnos a una acción anterior al pasado del
            que estamos hablando.
            Ej. Yesterday I broke the glasses that I had bought the day
                before.

    ADVERBIOS: BEFORE (antes de), AFTER (después de)

                   * After he had eaten a sandwich, he fell asleep.
                   * Before they came to Britain they had lived in Asia.
