樂活大學堂。低碳永續島。馬祖三足鼎立。100年主軸提案簡報 重點計畫 樂活大學堂行動方案 1-一島1「文創中心」籌設暨課程試辦計畫 主導局室    文化局 整合對象    學校、社區、台灣地區相關專業者、文化出版                     事業(如漢聲、時報)、行銷窗口(如誠品) 運用閒置活動中心或校園資源導入配套設施 徵募在地師資或可長期進駐之專業工作者開設文創學程 奠基在社造成果基礎上進行文化創意產業化研發 主動徵求行銷合作對象逐案發展具體子計畫 優先結合合作生產集資機制落實現有資源品牌化,例如: ,[object Object]

從社區型的文史研究到閱讀馬祖的套書、或有聲出版,[object Object]
樂活大學堂。低碳永續島。馬祖三足鼎立。100年主軸提案簡報 重點計畫 樂活大學堂行動方案 3-馬祖「限定式」生態旅遊推廣計畫 主導局室    觀光局 整合對象    教育局、社區、馬管處、具推動能力之專業 建設局、車船管理處、農會、漁會 限定是指:限定季節、限定對象、要求回饋、套裝服務 生態旅遊,不只是自然與文化體驗的深入旅遊,還包括導入有助於鼓勵馬祖「生活態度」的遊客與旅遊型態。 結合套裝遊成規劃,兼具導入低碳生活環境整頓行動。 100年優先套裝方案企劃: ,[object Object]

樂活大學堂。低碳永續島。馬祖三足鼎立。100年主軸提案簡報 重點計畫 低碳實驗島行動方案 2-馬祖島嶼環境生態現況指數建置統整計畫 主導局室    環保局 整合對象    中研院;工研院;相關大學之學術研究單位  中央各相關永續環境資料庫管理單位 委託專管團隊,媒合國內相關研究單位,結合既有資料、補強不足數據,完成馬祖環境現況指數建置。 環境數據建置完成後,供作未來發展低碳島-建構實施指標與成效評量之對照數值。 建置項目: 總排碳量、與碳足跡檢測 水電能源需求調查與發展總量評估 島嶼年溫度變化遙測觀察數據
