1. Talent Release Form
I understand that there is a videotape being taken of me on the date of 1st-20th May. I
hereby assign and authorise the producer(s) Jack Kilminster, Daniel Finlay, Mustafa Said,
Adam El-Gharbaoui the right (all rights) to such a videotape. I also authorise the said
producer, without limitation, the right to reproduce, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute any
such videotape, and waive all rights or claims I may have against your organisation and/or
any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or assignees, other than as stated in this agreement.
