CARTA ALIRAN PROSES PEMBUKAAN TAWARAN TENDER MULA Lantikan ahli-ahli Jawatankuasa Pembuka Tender yang bertugas untuk tempoh satu (1) bulan secara bertulis oleh Ketua Setiausaha Caw. Pengurusan Perolehan & Harta (CPPH) Tawaran tender dikemukakan oleh petender kepada Urusetia di CPPH sebelum jam 12 tengahari tarikh tender ditutup Peti tender dibuka dan dokumen-dokumen tawaran diletakkan di Bilik Pembuka Tender sebaik sahaja tender ditutup Pembukaan tawaran tender oleh ahli-ahli Jawatankuasa Pembuka Tender yang bertugas dengan bantuan Urusetia Borang Jadual Tender disediakan oleh Jawatankuasa Pembuka Tender dengan mencatatkan nama petender, harga tawaran dan tempoh siap Jadual tender yang telah disediakan disemak sekali lagi oleh Urusetia Jadual tender yang siap disemak dipamerkan di kaunter CPPH tanpa menzahirkan nama petender Jadual tender beserta dokumen-dokumen tawaran diserahkan kepada Cawangan/Bahagian yang memanggil tender untuk urusan penilaian tender TAMAT

Pengurusan Perolehan & Harta (CPPH) Tawaran tender dikemukakan oleh petender kepada Urusetia di CPPH sebelum jam 12 tengahari tarikh tender ditutup Peti tender dibuka dan dokumen-dokumen tawaran diletakkan di Bilik Pembuka Tender sebaik sahaja tender ditutup Pembukaan tawaran tender oleh ahli-ahli Jawatankuasa Pembuka Tender yang bertugas dengan bantuan Urusetia Borang Jadual Tender disediakan oleh Jawatankuasa Pembuka Tender dengan mencatatkan nama petender, harga tawaran dan tempoh siap Jadual tender yang telah disediakan disemak sekali lagi oleh Urusetia Jadual tender yang siap disemak dipamerkan di kaunter CPPH tanpa menzahirkan nama petender Jadual tender beserta dokumen-dokumen tawaran diserahkan kepada Cawangan/Bahagian yang memanggil tender untuk urusan penilaian tender TAMAT
