Presentation to American Airlines for Haiti trip in 2012

1. Request for assistance on airfare
Ginghamsburg mission support team is asking AA for assistance with air fare to
Haiti in June of 2012. 25 students and team leaders have travel booked with AA
to go to Haiti in June of 2012. Dates are firm.
What we offer to AA is an opportunity to show case there involvement with a
outstanding youth group in a place of great need.
The following presentation is from past mission trips by this group of students
who are very marketing friendly.

2. Hope For Haiti 2012
25 Students and team leader depart Dayton Ohio in June of 2012.
Mission – Bring Hope to Haiti.
How – Serving others, Helping others, and teaching.
Scope – Bring food sources to areas in need. Rebuild homes and
facilities. Teach to communicate and use of solar oven as a tool
for wide use in Haiti.
Needs – Discounted Air Fare. This will allow more financial
resources to go to the project. Solar Oven shipped to point of
location for use. We will be leaving it at an orphanage.
AA Tickets down payment has been made in the name of Chris
Freeman.
