 A Will is insurance to make sure your wishes are
carried out to the letter of the Law;
 Some say I don’t have anything so why make a
Will -
 Thai Law or International Law – don’t confuse the
two;
 Thai Law is that the Will and the Executor must
go to Thai Court;
