Offerings, or ofrendas, are traditional altars created during Día de los Muertos to honor deceased loved ones. Ofrendas typically feature the favorite foods and belongings of those being remembered, along with marigolds and candles to help guide spirits back to the land of the living. The ofrendas celebrate and remember lost family and friends during the Days of the Dead.
