i, as a manager , am a self motivated person with the ability of team work. my team 's answers should be ready before asking. they usually work hard but in peace. work results should be totally acceptable and in a very friendy inviroment but, in the right moment. it is important that we work better than the others ,exclusive and satisfing. i respect people , they do the same. as an engineer , i would like to creat unique things. no one had done before. i love my job and dont care working until late time to finish a job.
