For the photo of the puppy, I used horizontal flip, auto adjust, sharpen and grayscale. It looks 
only slightly different from the original. 
In the photo of myself, I first did the horizontal flip. Then I added a black frame with a gray line 
and dark gray border. Then I put the picture into grayscale. After that I adjusted the brightness to 
14, contrast to 25, color balance red to 9, green to 14 and blue to 6. Gamma correction went to a 
1.47 and the saturation boosted up to a 39. I created a tiled image, sharpened and blurred the 
images and then added the effect of oil paint.
