Nowadays they are grown all around the world.

Dabar jie auginami beveik visose pasaulio šalyse.
4. In Lithuania pumpkins are harvested in
late August or September.
Uncut pumpkins should be stored in a
cool, dark place for up to 2 months.
Lietuvoje moliūgų derlius nuimamas rugpjūčio
pabaigoje – rugsėjo mėn..
Sveiki (nepažeisti) moliūgai turi būti laikomi
tamsioje, vėsioje vietoje. Jie tinka vartoti apie
2 mėn.

the slices and remove
its seeds, fibers and
skin.
/Supjaustykite moliūgą,
nulupkite odą,
pašalinkite sėklas ir

special mixture:
•water, lemon acid and sugar;
•jam and sugar.
Keep them in the mixture for 10
- 12 hours.
/ Įdėkite supjaustytus moliūgo
gabalėlius į specialų mišinį:
•vanduo, citrinos rūgštelė,
cukrus,
•uogienė ir cukrus.
Palaikyte juos užmerkę 10 – 12
valandų.

thin wooden sticks .
