Tibet has been having problems with Chinese government control due to overpopulation in China and China's belief that Tibet was never independent. The document proposes a solution where citizens write letters to the American government to encourage them to help Tibet, as China loans money to America so it was previously unwilling to intervene. Spreading more awareness of Tibet's plight to citizens could also influence the government to help if public support is demonstrated.

so the Chinese need more room for their

To help the Tibetans, we came up with a
