Considering the 15 years plus experience that I have, I feel that skills are valuable because one acquires practical knowledge of different production systems and I have learnt that on the job training is a very important key to any poultry farming production system. The poultry field is very interesting because it is a very satisfying profession in that your end product is a direct reflection of your skills and effort. I am a good team leader and I inspire those around me to produce good results.
