This document defines cyber bullying and provides an example pivot table analyzing reported instances. It begins by defining cyber bullying as aggressive, intentional acts carried out electronically against a victim unable to defend themselves. The pivot table then analyzes age and gender data from reported cyber bullying cases. In total, it found 40 reported instances with the largest groups being female (21 cases) and ages 18-20 (9 cases). Contact information is provided should the reader want additional details.
2. OBJECTIVE
Cyber bullying can be defined as an aggressive,
intentional act carried out by
a group or individual, using electronic forms of
contact, repeatedly and over time
against a victim who can not easily defend him or
herself.
