February to Mid-April

   A. COMPLETE MOBILE MUSIC PARTNER DEAL
        1. Finalize Sony Ericsson Deal

   B. GIGS
         1. Book and perform as many shows as possible through current
            booking contacts that have expressed interest in working with
            Cowboy Robot such as MCD, Ireland Audio Networks & other
            independent promoters.
         2. Acquire additional booking/promotions contacts through research,
            networking, attending shows, sending press kits, etc.
         3. Focus on colleges, supporting slots for established acts and high
            profile venues & residencies through Ireland/UK to expand profile.
         4. Solidify booking commitments to play summer tours and festivals
            for Ireland/UK (Including Cois Fharraige Festival).

   C. PRESS/RADIO/TV/FILM
        1. Work with Sony Ericsson sponsored PR company to generate
           press, profile awareness & book TV & Radio
           appearances/interviews.
        2. Work with and expand our own contacts to build additional PR.
        3. Build web-based “street team” to increase awareness (e.g.
           music/band websites and blogs, myspace, etc.)
        4. Research and develop contacts with film/TV song placement &
           licensing agents to generate additional promotional exposure.

   D. NEW MEDIA
        1. Update band website, increase web presence, promotion and
           digital distribution.
        2. Continue to create video content for digital distribution/promotion.
        3. Continue to create additional song material and B-side “singles” for
           digital distribution/promotion/film & TV placement.
        4. Research and develop manufacturing/distribution deal for “Penny
           Arcade” CD release in Ireland/UK.
        5. Focus on creativity in distribution and promotion of media (e.g.
           radiohead’s flash drive box set, mycontent.com, etc.)
April to August

   A. GIGS
         1. Book and perform as many Ireland/UK festivals and venues as
            possible.
         2. Explore booking opening slots with high profile/established act
            shows & tours through Ireland/UK.
         3. Continue expanding booking contacts thoughout UK/Europe.

   B. PRESS/RADIO/TV/FILM
        1. Continue raising band profile through interviews, appearances and
           live performances.
        2. Continue work with film & TV song placement agents.
        3. Expand street team throughout Ireland/UK/Europe.

   C. NEW MEDIA
        1. Continue to create video content for digital distribution/promotion.
        2. Continue to create additional song material and B-side “singles” for
           digital distribution/promotion/film & TV placement.
        3. Explore/research finding a producer to work with on the follow-up
           Cowboy Robot record.
        4. Begin recording the follow-up CR album
        5. Explore/research manufacturing & distribution contacts for album
           and single CD releases.
        6. Explore/research possible imprint deal for CR/YMG for new record.


August to December

    1. Upon completion of new record, promote new album release with Sony
       Ericsson/YMG PR contacts and any additional label contacts.
    2. Book promotional tour for Ireland/UK/Europe and beyond….
    3. Explore/expand on new mobile music partner deals with Sony Ericsson
       for 2009.
