Alternative to buying in cash large portion of excised /gazette Land at high price, investors are
advised to sponsor virgin Land not committed to government use, reward return in Land

Respect to our experience in the subsequent sponsoring work, several measures have been taken to
protect the interest of we the beneficial, a thorough investigation and follow up has been made to the
genuinely of the Land in respect of numbers of family trees and signatories of members in council,
hence a separate undertake will be signed by all the family signatories present, that all signatories that
supposed to sign have all signed and if any persons comes up later be it an infant, the loss will be given
from the family Land and any loss shall be beard from the family benefit.
