3. Donoghue Vs. Stevenson – Scotland case – 1932 – “Snail in Bottle case”
Ratio Decidendi – A Person shall Owe Duty Of Care to another person whom he can
reasonably foresee will suffer effects as a result of his actions.
No breach of contract as no contract between parties to suit
But counsels urged that Stevenson had “Duty of Care” they accused him for Negligence.
