I’ve avoided stores for years, but I’ll give it a try!
3. What did I learn from this experience?
High-end stores have:
Very attentive sales people –
little opportunity for taking photos!
Clean, organized display spaces
Refreshments (WILLIAMS SONOMA)
Comfortable seating (COACH)
Expensive merchandise
4. Lower-end stores have:
• Better prices, but
Poorly organized
and maintained merchandise

Cavernous spaces, harsh lighting

Overcrowded and unsafe displays –
