As future educators, we want to explore and be familiar with our chosen field not only within the four
corners of our classroom but also more on engaging ourselves in teaching. On the succeeding academic
year, we will be having our off-campus teaching and it is our goal to be fully equipped for the course.
We believe that it is time for us to prepare that is why we came up with a mission as our requirement in
our subject Educ10 (Assessment of Learning 2) – to conduct a free tutorial with an elementary pupil
(preferably in the K-12 curriculum) in a nearby school and help him/her attain progress in a particular
subject at the end of the school year.
It is in this light that we would like to seek for your permission to allow the undersigned BEEd 3A
student to conduct the said project with a pupil in your class that you will recommend. May we also be
permitted to borrow the form-138 of the chosen pupil to have it photocopied for our documentation.
We are looking forward for your positive response to this letter for this would be of great help not only
for the pupil but also for us as we prepare for teaching.
