6. 3) Schedule for Success.
Schedule three emails:
1. First – A few days before the broadcast, using a service like Belive.tv that
will remind people using a calendar feature.
2. Second – The day of, ideally 5-10 minutes before the live broadcast.
3. Third – The day after, embed a screen shot directing people to the exact
video link, not simply to your main Facebook Page. Don’t make people
search around for the video!

7. 3) Schedule for Success.
Schedule three posts (or more!) on your social media accounts:
1. First – A few days before the broadcast, post the promotional graphic with
the date and time, telling people to save the date.
2. Second – The day of, right when you are live, directing people to the
Facebook Page to join the conversation.
3. Third – The day after, send out the exact video link, not a link to your
main Facebook Page. Invite people to watch the replay and share their
thoughts.
