your lockboxes without bringing them into the
Association. You can change your own shackle
code and program specific showing access
times for each of your lockboxes.
eKEY BASIC
3. With this key you are required to bring your lockbox
into the Association for any programming;
including, changing your shackle code and setting
specific access hours.
Display Key
4. eKey Basic
With the eKey Basic
service; you can
electronically send
your buyer’s feedback
to the listing agent,
directly from your
smart phone after
viewing a property.
5. Display Key
With the Display Key you
must log into the Supra
Web Management site
in order to send your
buyer’s feedback to the
listing agent.
6. Updating Your Key
If you use a Display Key; you
are required to perform a
weekly update on a cradle.
You also must place your key
on the cradle for hours in
order to charge the battery on
your key.
However; if you use the eKey
Basic service, your key will
update on its own nightly.
Also, your key charges when
you charge your smart phone.
7. There is something you can benefit from no matter
which key you choose. As long as you have a smart
phone; you can now log in anywhere to access and
manage your lockbox inventory on the Supra Web
Management site by visiting supraweb.suprakim.com.
