1. We were all CREATED to worship! Isaiah 43:7
2. Everyone is worshipping SOMEONE or something right now. Romans 1:21-25
3. Once Christ makes us a “new creation” we are finally able to be image-bearers of God
who REFLECT BACK to God His glory! Matthew 6:13
4. Theology should always lead us to DOXOLOGY. Psalm 48:1
5. God created us to crave JOY and to be pleasure-seekers. Psalm 16:11
6. Our Father is seeking worshippers who will worship Him in spirit and truth. This is not
American culture, this is not Romania culture, this is KINGDOM culture. John 4:23
7. Singing together in corporate worship with other followers of Christ, is meant as a
MOTIVATION and foretaste of new home in the new heavens and new earth.

8. In our worship services we should be pursuing an ENCOUNTER not just an “experience.”

9. We are always reviewing, learning and adjusting for more QUALITY NOT perfection!
10. The worship team members are not performers they are PASTORS. They should
minister from the over-flow of their own hearts, point God’s people to Jesus, then
disappear. Psalm 34:3, John 3:30
11. Worship Teams should not OVER - REACH. God wants to be worshipped with the tools
that He has placed in your hands for this season. Matthew 14:17
12. Worship Teammembers must be biblically-GROUNDED and musically-capable. Psalm 33:3
13. Don’t start every worship service the same. Use different approaches:
• Celebratory Praise
• Scriptural Exhortation (with instruments playing underneath)
• Silence
• Repentance
• Etc.
