Ultimately, I'm all about interaction. The point where consumers confront — and engage — with business. I am here to help business engage with the consumer and vice versa. I've been at the forefront of contact centre and collaboration technology for more than 25 years, with projects in retail, banking, insurance and service industries. I am heavily invested in research and consultancy, and I publish regularly on Google+ and here.
