During this five month engagement I was tasked with ensuring that all proper financial controls were being complied
with, limits of trading were adhered to and daily, weekly and monthly reporting matrixes were completed according
to timelines. I also had financial oversight to the business of Ethanol.

Provided risk management, financial systems integration and finance and accounting services to multi nationals.
Preparing global business plans for private companies and prospectus for public companies. Setting and evaluating

TeliaSonera JV, FE "COSCOM" LLC, UCELL, Uzbekistan, GSM Operator                                    04/08 to 05/09

Hired by the company as No. 2 to the CEO to start up a newly acquired GSM operator and reposition the company
on a new operational and financial course. To provide operational support for new network roll-out and re-branding
of the company name and brands. To implement a new financial infrastructure based on SAP and HYPERION. In
partnership with the CEO we were mandated to reduce staff from 1000 to 740 without compromising operations. I
took ownership for finance and accounting, budgets, investments, risk management procurement, taxes, contracts
and managed a staff of 93 and 5 reporting lines

Performance Highlights:
 Revised and implemented new core processes; revised the company’s AOP; Managed $400M budgets
 Exceeded revenues targets and achieved Annual EBITDA target of 10% in 08; Reduced costs by 25%
 Designed new Risk Management controls reducing internal/external fraud by 12%

CFO/Consultant
Suncani Hvar Hotels, Croatia, Luxury Boutique Chain                                                 09/07 to 12/07

This was a luxury boutique chain featuring 13 Hotels, 1000 Rooms, 18 F&B outlets and 800 employees. I was
brought in as a CFO/Consultant on a short term basis to prepare and implement operational and capex budgets, re-
design central procurement operations and implement internal audit controls. There were 58 staff on my team and I
have 7 reporting line. My task was then to interview, hire and transfer knowledge to a local.

Performance Highlights:
 Authored new central procurement and finance & accounting policies & procedures
 Established a budget compliance division & established long range financial strategies and capex plans

Director of Finance & Business Support
InterContinental Hotel, Uzbekistan                                                                  08/05 to 08/07

Part of InterContinental’s European Division this hotel had 245 Rooms; 6 F&B Outlets and 243 employees. It was a
managed property owned by the Republic of Uzbekistan. For outstanding front office and back office service we
won the 2005/2007 Hotel Of The Year Award. I had overall authority for all financial & accounting affairs,
purchasing, cost control, internal audit and IT.

Performance Highlights:
 Ranked between 1st and 3rd in Europe division for overall GOP%, sustained high level cash flow
 Ranked in top 10 of all InterContinental Hotels for audit and sox compliance achievements
 Spearheaded a Supreme Court tax challenge from tax authorities saving the company $845,000.

Managing Director & CFO
Marco Polo Casinos, Ukraine, Casino Operations                                                      10/03 to 05/05

As Managing Director I was given the mandate to locate and acquire two properties for the design and construction
of two 5* Western style casinos. I chose a unique 12 th Century Marco Polo design and outfitted the casinos with 15
table games, 2 F&B outlets and 30 luxury suites. I evaluated and negotiated casino partnerships to enhance the
value proposition and online internet gaming. As CFO I managed all financial affairs, procurement and cash flows.

primary and secondary school tutorials to third world countries. To accomplish my mandate I had to create a new
business plan for global market coverage, increase our network marketing affiliates, re-design the company’s ASP
product lines and negotiate new ISP global partnership agreements. As CFO I designed all new financial structures.
