Organizational manager with focus on strategic planning and development. Focusing on developing large sport-clubs. Right now (early 2015) I am actively involved in development-prosesses with Frisk Asker (one of the ice hockey-clubs at the highest level in Norway), Fossum IF (one of the bigger sports-clubs in Norway) and Fet IL (aprox. 1500 members). Last year I was involved with Asker Skiklubb (one of Norway's biggest sports-club), Kolbotn IL (aprox. 4000 members) and Vestli IL. I am also in charge of a network of club-developers assisting clubs in the County of Akershus. I was the project-leader of three Interred-Projects between 2005 - 2013.
