1. A 5% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid price to arrive at the total contract purchase
price.
2. 10% of the contract purchase price will be due immediately after the auction. The earnest money
payment may be made in the form of personal check, business check, or cashiers check. The
balance of the contract purchase price is due at closing, on or before June 18, 2010.
3. Seller shall furnish Buyer an Owners Policy of Title Insurance at the seller’s expense.
4. Seller will be responsible for 2009 taxes and assessments. 2010 taxes and assessments shall be
pro-rated to the date of closing.
5. All potential bidders must register and receive a bidder’s number to be eligible to participate
