  1. JK:Good Morning and welcome to Creating Buzz & Putting the WOW on the show floor…I am Jim Kelley with PRG and am excited to be moderating todays session with such a great panel. With me today are: Eric Horn, Associate Executive Director-Business Development: Professional Beauty Association Roy Turner, svp Show Director: Surf Expo Denise Medved, Owner/Founder, The Metropolitan Cooking and Entertainment Show As we progress through the program and we get to each of them they are going to provide you more details on their backgrounds, experiences and current positions.
  2. Denise, Eric and Roy have all successfully executed and created unforgettable experiences for both attendees and exhibitors, in our time together they are going to share the good, the bad and the ugly of their WOW moments….more importantly they are going to help you identify appropriate WOW moments for your event.
  3. As we start to talk about WOW, I thought a good place to start would be with the concept of LOVE Triangles….The term "love triangle" almost always implies that the arrangement is unsuitable to one or more of the people involved. One person usually ends up feeling betrayed at some point. Another way to look at it is as a relationship in which three people are in love with at least one other person in the relationship…What does this have to do with WOW experiences at events….the common thread is that directly or indirectly all three groups are in realtinships with each other and the WOW moment must take into consideration the needs of each party
