1. I got the recipe from my aunt who is an expert in making desserts
5 eggs
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of evaporated milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla
13/4 cups water
21/2 sugar
Ingredients
Then I turned on
the oven to 350
degrees with a
bigger pan than
the one I will use
for my flan.

Then, when the sugar
was caramelized,
I turned off the
stove and
waited for it
to cool down.

I added water with sugar in the pan
and I had to wait until it boiled and
then the sugar was caramelized.
11:00 AM
Once the caramel cooled and my
mix was ready, I incorporated the
mix into the pan of caramel.
2: 30 PM
There was only a little piece left of my flan
in the pan. I got mad because they almost
ate it all, and then we all started to fight to
get the last piece and it felt on the floor. I
couldnʼt even taste my first flan.

I opened my oven and
placed the pan into the
boiled water and left it
for two hours.
2:20 PM
One hour later my mom and two
brothers started to eat my flan.
There was also a cousin staying at
our house. He also had some flan.
1:10 PM
When it was done, I waited at least
30 minutes, so it would cool down
but my little brother didnʼt want to
wait. He ate some.
First I put all my ingredients on the
table to make it easy to find. I got the
evaporated and condensed milk, five
eggs, vanilla, water, and sugar.
