We charged $5 per person (with those under 1 yr free). Total revenue collected:
$1,175.
Teachers, school staff and their families were invited to attend at no charge.

* Party Jump Rentals – (KEY VENDOR) provides bounce house and/or slide and
food (hamburgers, hot dogs, sides and popcorn). They provided staffing for the
grill, maintaining the buffet, and manning the bounce house (6 ppl in all).

Key Steps to plan event:
Party Jump Rentals is key! They provide the food, grill, bounce houses and the
staff for each. Drinks (soda, water, juice box), ice and dessert were purchased
separately (from Sam’s). PJR can provide these but we preferred to handle it
separately.
We paid an additional fee for Weinhardt to set up and take down the tables and
chairs (approximately $50) which saved a lot of time.
