As nominated representative of the above captioned charitable International
Organization(NGO) with offices and headquarter in the city of New York City, USA as
registered as a not for profit socio economic and cultural development Organization in with
collaborative partnership with the UN/ ECOSOC, (Economic and Social Council) Consultative
Status.
Grand Triangle has established affiliated branches to support the implementation of its
agenda and objectives in various locations and is currently in the process of finalizing
registration procedure to be fully operational in Uganda to serve the community in its
respective regions in supplementing the overall goal and aspiration of GT parent body
through mass collaboration and partnership with relevant development stakeholders
sharing the same Ideals.
In relation to the above subject matter, I take this opportunity, after a close consultation
and formal communication in this respect with the President/ CEO of the Grand Triangle
Inc. to offer Mr. Jonathan EGALAL an appointment to the Board of Directors, Uganda
branch as a distinguished BOARD MEMBER effective LETTER of NOMINATION N° 05-25 /
ATDB-GT / 15.
We hereby confirm that by signing this letter appoint Mr. Jonathan EGALAL as the only one
appointed as representative to have full power to register the name of the organization,
Grand Triangle in the Republic of Uganda as a branch of Grand Triangle, Inc.
