action plan for treatment and management. Have your doctor go over the treatment plan with you,
including your medications, what to do in the event of an emergency and anything else that your
doctor finds important. Once you have a solid action plan, you will be able to follow it directly and see
how it works for you.
Keep a record of all of your symptoms. Each and every symptom should be logged in your diary.
Also, if you suffer from symptoms that are more severe than usual, log the information about the
foods that you have eaten and the environment that you were in when you began having problems. If
you keep it detailed, the doctor will be able to get a better idea of what caused you to suffer from

you will be able to keep track of how well treatments are working. If your PEFs are off, your doctor will
